Strength & Conditioning
Our dedicated strength and conditioning coach Cody will work closely with each player, focusing on sport-specific training, agility, endurance, flexibility, and injury prevention. The program will not only help improve performance during matches but also contribute to building confidence, discipline, and teamwork.

What is included:

Weekly Coached Session: Group session overseen by Cody. These sessions will vary in nature (Strength, Endurance, Agility etc). The key focus will be providing the players with valuable instruction & encouragement to ensure they achieve the most out of that specific session, in addition to the weekly programmed uncoached sessions.

Weekly Face-to-Face Check-in: The weekly coaching session will provide the players an opportunity to check-in with their coach regarding their training. Any questions regarding form, intensity and all else can be addressed and any amendments to the programming can be made.

Weekly Training Schedule: In addition to the coached session, all players will receive a weekly training schedule to be completed in their own time. Our Program is tailored to meet the individual needs of each player, other commitments and current capabilities will be taken into account. Amendments will be made to programs where necessary as players develop.

Recovery & Nutrition Workshop: The session directly preceding any NQ Academy League fixtures will be run as a Recovery session where the players will learn valuable skills pertaining to their recovery. During the session they will be educated on specifics regarding game day nutrition. (This information will also be E-mailed out to parents).
